The National Electric Code (NEC) specifies a minimum radius for conduit bends in order to avoid damage to both the conduit and conductors. The code further specifies that the total of all bends in a conduit run must not exceed 360°.
The NEC specifies in Chapter 9, Table 2 the minimum radius to the center-line of the conduit of other bends must be no less than the values listed in the table.

Offsets generally consist of two equal bends and are used to route the conduit around obstructions. They are also used to route the conduit to outlet boxes, pull boxes and outlet boxes.

The National Electric Code (NEC) specifies the minimum size for cable tray systems which includes ladder, ventilated trough, ventilated channel, solid bottom and other similar structures. It’s important to note that cable trays are mechanical support systems and not raceways. Raceways are included in another section of the code.
